miss me???

ok so I know..I know!!
ok ...Where to begin.......I will start with the most recent!
1. we got a new car...i love it!!! its a Nissan Rogue:)
2.The holidays are coming up...so EXCITED!! Trying to make Mrs.Claus's purse bigger!!
3. working on holiday crafts and trying to do a little scrappin too!! (hopefully when i leave in a couple of weeks for indy i can finish my friends wedding book)
4.Reese was sick for trick or treat:( but she felt better on the weekend so we went to hocking hills campgrounds. some family friends of ours were there camping there so we went down for the day! it was so much fun!! they decorate the sites and the kids get to trick or treat! Reese was a pirate:) my camera broke when it was time to take pictures of her in her pirate costume..but thank god for camera phones:)
5. BIG NEWS!!! my mom got a job here in Ohio with a company she used to work for! She has been working for 2 weeks now and loving it!! She is staying with my grandma for now..my grandma is going blind so my mom is helping out for now. My dad is still N.C..he his job driving cars to dealerships and loving it!! The plan is (for now) that he will come up for week each month to be with my mom and us and then go back down. My brother is living with him so at least he isn't alone:)
6. the middle of October we went to N.C to the smokey mountains with my mom,dad, Donna and Gary and stayed in this beautiful cabin and rode the great smokey mountain train. Reese LOVED it!! the fall colors were so beautiful!!
7. the beginning of October we went with Brian's family to the hocking hills to a cabin..it was a lot of too!
8. now on to November......

busy bees!!

we have been so busy the last couple of weeks...couple of weeks ago one of my dearest friends from high school Lexy was getting married and i was her MOH (matron of honor)!! we drove up to Rhode Island (that is were she lives & were the wedding was) on Wednesday and got in around 12:30 am. On Thursday we went to the beach and then later that night Lexy's step sister had us all over for dinner at their beach house (so beautiful)...the dinner was amazing..did mention that her sister is a chef:) Reese had so much fun playing with Alice's (step sister) little boy Sam..they were so cute, watching them play together. Friday was rehearsal day and Saturday was the wedding!! Lexy and Larry and a beautiful wedding..i am so happy for them:) We came home on Sunday!! Then last weekend my friends Gini and her Family and Wendy and her family went camping with us to Long's retreat....so MUCH fun!! We came home Sunday and crashed!!lexy & me:)

Reese had her last soccer class last night..she loved going and kicking the ball and playing with the cones. Brian and I are so proud of her, she started to really come out of her shell ..we notice BIG changes the passed 9weeks why she was in soccer! She didn't shy up to Coach Chris, she played and talked to other kids, and she would go out onto the field by yourself and play without Brian or I holding her hand and walking out! YAY!! Reesie Cup:)

when you ask a 2 1/2 year old what she would like to do on a rainy day...the answer is "make cookies and jello":)her favorite part is eating the dough:)

oh by the way...I think my scrapbooking and taking pics of everything is starting to rub off onto my daughter because she wanted me to take pictures of everything we were doing:)

Monday activites!!

so I just love the 4th of July...its my second favorite holiday (first is Christmas of course)!! Today Reesie and I are going to make her 4th of July t-shirt (post pics of it when done)..it is something i am going to do with her every 4th. Then later we are going to go to the clippers game w/ Cindy & the Family..very excited about that..I haven't been yet to a game at the new stadium!

I know, I know, I know

I KNOW...it has been forever since i have been on here again!!! So i will try to catch everyone up...first of all Disney was great!! We had such a blast..Reese loved it!! Since Disney we have been just enjoying the summer..we have been to the zoo many times to see the polar bears (thank god for season passes!), Reese is playing soccer Wednesday nights (they just play games to learn soccer), been to the pool and this past weekend up to lake Erie..we had so much fun!!! On Saturday we went to Put in Bay for the pirates festival..Reese loved it! then we cam back and rested for awhile..then went to prehistoric forest..it is a landmark up there that is getting ready to shut its doors forever after this summer:( after that it was time for dinner and a little putt putt! We had so much fun!! This morning we woke up and went to the beach for bit before we headed home!! Now back at home relaxing:)
